Master in Cognitive Sciences from the University of the Republic. Graduate in Psychology from the University of Havana. He has worked as a researcher in Numerical Cognition studies at the Cuban Neuroscience Center, the Basic Research Center in Psychology and the Interdisciplinary Center in Cognition for Teaching and Learning. His current research focuses on the study of the development of mathematical strategies for solving arithmetic problems in the school population.
