Doctor in Neurosciences from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), Spain, and a degree in Psychology from the University of the Republic (Udelar). She is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Psychology at Udelar, performing her duties in the Cognition program of the Institute of Fundamentals and Methods in Psychology. At CIBPsi, he heads the Attention line. His research work revolves around the study of attentional mechanisms, through behavioral and electrophysiological recordings. He is a member of the Research Center on Cognition for Learning (CICEA) and the Uruguayan Society of Cognitive and Behavioral Sciences (SUCCC)
